Sanbianpo is a tropical exotic land where all kinds of people gather, a mottled land of prosperity and decay. Shen Xing seeks refuge with his uncle who has worked here for many years, but unexpectedly finds that his uncle has disappeared due to being involved in a local power dispute. In order to find his uncle, Shen Xing has to go deep into this dangerous and chaotic world, and eventually becomes Uncle Chai's subordinate, starting a "border water" journey full of challenges and adventures.‌
