This is an English reading of ten short Aesop's Fables. This English listening practice features easy-to-read on-screen text so you can listen and read along while I narrate the stories. Audio stories are a great way to help you perfect your English and become more fluent. These Aesop's Fables are told in easy modern English with everyday English phrases and idioms.

Note: Although I have changed the original source text to more modern English, I did my best not to change the tone. I also kept some of the dialogue a bit more archaic, as befitting the characters. I added everyday idioms and English phrases.
