I'm doing something super exciting: coming up with a home design for an apartment building renovation! Except it's not just one unit... it's many many apartment units that the designs will be used for! This isn't an apartment building that I own, but rather I'm helping the owner by developing apartment designs and recommendations! This will be a mini series that will follow the process. In this episode I'm going to show you a tour of the "before" of the old building and find inspiration for what the design components could be! After that, I'll come up with designs and mock ups and hopefully we'll see it all come to life when the renovation is complete!
