INGREDIENTS (22 pcs)
1 kg of potatoes
2 pcs large onion
4 eggs
2/3 tsp salt*
1/3 tsp black pepper*
3 tbsp flour
2 kg minced meat (50% beef + 50% lamb**)
* You can add a little more salt and black pepper. It all depends on your taste.
** You can use pork instead of lamb.

SAUCE
130 g mayonnaise (12 tbsp)
50 g mustard (mild) (5 tbsp)
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
3 pcs garlic cloves
0.4 l water

Preheated oven, 180°C (350°F), about 40 min.
