This poignant tale revolves around Kobra, her devoted husband Noorbakhsh, and their four beloved children, who navigate the challenges of life under difficult circumstances. Noorbakhsh, a man deeply committed to his family and especially to his parents, dreams of a harmonious household where everyone lives together in unity. However, the reality is far from this ideal, as Noorbakhsh's mother has shown unkindness towards Kobra and their children, subjecting them to harassment in her son's absence.

Time and again, Kobra finds herself forced to leave the family home, seeking refuge with her own father. Each time, Noorbakhsh, torn between his love for Kobra and his loyalty to his mother, brings her back. Yet, the cycle of distress takes its toll on Kobra's spirit.
