I’d like to present to you a recording of a lesson with my student Domingo.
Here we’re reviewing the prepositions of place, house-related vocabulary in Russian, and practicing these concepts via speaking.
As you may notice I prefer minimizing English use during classes as I believe it’s important to «dive into the language» while learning it. Also, I let my students practice new (revised) concepts on the spot with life-related examples, not just learn things by heart. I maintain a friendly and relaxed environment during classes and I believe it helps students to feel more confident and free.
I’m aware that the quality of the video and sound isn’t the best.
I understand that sharing my lessons with a wider audience demands a better image, background. I’m going to improve it over time.
For now, I just need to start or I will continue finding excuses for not doing it
